Flash Freeze Manufacturing LLC is the only flash freeze processing facility inside the Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market at Ras Al Khor. We freeze surplus fruit the same day it arrives at the market.

We are a founding team. We are early. Everything here is being built from scratch. If that sentence excites you — keep reading. If you need a system handed to you before you can operate — this is not the right place.

The Role

We have a product. We have a story. We have a sales playbook. We need salespeople who can walk into a gym or a five-star hotel and start a conversation and then follow it all the way to a signed standing order.

You will own the Fitness vertical — gyms, padel clubs, wellness centres, sports academies - and the Hospitality vertical — hotels, beach clubs, schools, corporate catering. You are on the road every day. You generate your own leads. We are not looking for account managers.

What You Will Do

→ Approach minimum 10-15 new venues per week within your vertical

→ Run the Sales Playbook every single time you approach a venue.

→ Follow the the sequence for every warm lead as provided.

→ Deliver trial boxes to priority venues personally — you represent Flash Freeze at the door

→ Convert trials to standing orders — then protect and grow every account you build

→ Submit a weekly pipeline report every Sunday — approaches, trials, conversions, active accounts

→ Manage active accounts via WhatsApp — weekly check-in, order adjustments, relationship maintenance

Apply If You

✓ Have closed B2B deals in Dubai — food, FMCG, hospitality, wellness, or field sales of any kind

✓ Can name three venues in Dubai you would approach in your first week and tell us exactly how

✓ Hold a valid UAE driving licence and are genuinely on the road every day in your current role

✓ Have a track record of hitting a number — not supporting the person who did

✓ Do not give up and do not consider that persistence

✓ Use WhatsApp as a professional sales channel already

✓ Have existing relationships in the fitness or hospitality sector in Dubai

Do Not Apply If You

✗ Your sales experience is primarily inbound — responding to leads, not generating them

✗ You have not done genuine field sales in Dubai or a comparable city

✗ Three unanswered messages and you move on

✗ You would offer a discount before you would offer a free trial

✗ You are looking for a structured day with defined activities

✗ You cannot give specific numbers from your previous role — accounts, conversion rates, best month

✗ You have only ever sold something that sold itself
