Sales Executive - Automotive

About This Role

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting suitable vehicle options, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the complete sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management
• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and necessary documentation
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
