About This Role
Touchline Sports Academy – Dubai, UAE
Touchline Sports Academy is seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to lead admissions growth and brand visibility for our football academy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets and wants to earn high incentives based on performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into admissions, managing parent communication, and supporting the daily operations of the academy.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Lead Generation
- Promote academy programs through online and offline marketing channels.
- Generate leads via social media, school tie-ups, community events, and partnerships.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
- Present academy programs confidently and convert leads into paid admissions.
Sales & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and players.
- Follow up on trials, registrations, renewals, and payments.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new admissions.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and payments.
- Submit daily performance reports (leads, conversions, collections).
- Coordinate with coaches and management for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (education/sports preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage).
- Highly organized, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Passion for sports and youth development.
Salary & Incentives

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
