Key Responsibilitiesmarketing & Lead Generation

• Promote academy programs through online and offline marketing channels.
• Generate leads via social media, school tie-ups, community events, and partnerships.
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally.
• Present academy programs confidently and **convert leads into paid admissions**.

Sales & Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and players.
• Follow up on trials, registrations, renewals, and payments.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new admissions.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and payments.
• Submit **daily performance reports** (leads, conversions, collections).
• Coordinate with coaches and management for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (education/sports preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage).
• Highly organized, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Passion for sports and youth development.
