Office: The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road.
The Role
You will own the front end of our sales pipeline — calling, meeting, and closing decision-makers at Dubai construction and fit-out companies.
This is a hunting role, not account management.
Responsibilities
- Cold call and email prospect lists of construction, fit-out, and real estate firms in the UAE
- Book and attend meetings with owners and managing directors
- Present website and branding proposals; close deals end to end
- Maintain a clean pipeline with daily activity reporting
- Attend industry networking events and exhibitions when required
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B sales experience in the UAE (agency, media, real estate, or construction-adjacent sales preferred)
- Proven cold-calling ability, you will be asked to demonstrate this in the interview
- Fluent English; Arabic are a strong plus
- Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers face to face
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Female candidates preferred
Compensation
- Base salary + uncapped commission per closed deal
- Visa and standard benefits provided
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
