We are seeking a high-caliber
Sales Executive
to join our team in Riyadh and drive the growth of our innovative technology portfolio.
Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their unique needs and proposing customized, cutting-edge AV solutions—including indoor/outdoor LED, corporate AV, and digital signage—that align with
Saudi Vision 2030
.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Development:**
- Proactively identify and engage with key market players, including
- contractors, consultants, and end-users
- , to build a robust project pipeline.
- **Solution Selling:**
- Promote CT’s comprehensive range of services, including AV systems design, building automation, and specialized lighting.
- **Client Consultation:**
- Conduct site surveys and collaborate with clients to develop tailored AV schematics and integrated solutions.
- **Strategic Partnerships:**
- Leverage CT’s partnerships with global leaders like Absen, Unilumin, Sure, Samsung and others to offer world-class technology.
- **Proposal Management:**
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet both international standards and client budget requirements.
Requirements & Experience
- **Minimum of 6 years of experience**
- in the Audio Visual (AV) or System Integration industry.
- **Deep Market Knowledge:**
- Proven track record and established relationships with Saudi-based
- contractors, consultants, and high-end end-users
- .
- **Technical Literacy:**
- Strong understanding of AV technologies such as LED video walls, conferencing systems, and control room infrastructure.
- **Communication:**
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to C-level executives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- **Sales Targets:**
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for turnkey AV projects.
- **Pipeline Growth:**
- Number of new qualified leads generated from the contractor and consultant network.
- **Conversion Rate:**
- Percentage of proposals converted into signed contracts.
- **Client Retention:**
- High levels of client satisfaction and repeat business for after-sales services and maintenance.
