The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting aesthetic treatments and services, converting inquiries into bookings, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The role involves client consultation, upselling treatments, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience within the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online leads)
- Promote aesthetic treatments, packages, and clinic services
- Conduct basic client consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat bookings and retention
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with doctors/therapists for treatment scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with persuasive selling ability
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, laser, skincare) is an advantage
- Ability to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations
- Target-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
