We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities (Rr)
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Negotiate property transactions and lease agreements.
- Prepare and manage property listings on relevant platforms.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, tenants, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid real estate license/certification.
- Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
