We are seeking a detail-oriented Oil & Gas Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities, project coordination, and administrative functions within the oil and gas sector.
The role ensures smooth workflow between operations, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Roles & Responsibilities (Rr)
- Support daily oil and gas operational activities and project coordination
- Assist in monitoring production, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and field teams
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
- Assist in scheduling inspections, maintenance, and field operations
- Track project timelines and report progress to management
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Support procurement and inventory tracking of materials and equipment
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations flow
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience within the marine, shipping, or offshore industry is mandatory.
Candidates must have strong Microsoft Office skills, basic CRM/ERP experience & knowledge of procurement processes.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
