Sales Executive

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and other sales activities.
• Consult clients on their security requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Sell CCTV, access control, video intercom, networking, structured cabling, and other ELV/security products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with the technical team.
• Hold client meetings and product presentations, conduct site visits, and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and find repeat-business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer needs with technical and project teams.
• Track leads, quotations, sales activity, and customer information accurately.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and attend relevant exhibitions and networking events.

Requirements

• Freshers may apply; the posting also lists 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in CCTV, security systems, ELV, IT, networking, or a related industry.
• Good knowledge of CCTV and security system products and solutions.
• B2B sales and business development experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, lead-generation, and customer-account development skills.
• Dubai/UAE market knowledge is an advantage.
• A UAE driving license is preferred and own vehicle is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Able to work independently and travel to client sites across Dubai and other UAE locations when required.

Compensation

• Pay listed as AED 3,000–7,600 per month, with commission or incentives.
