Role overview
Full-time CCTV Technician role with a security systems team in Dubai.
Responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV and related security equipment at client sites.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, monitors, switches, and related equipment.
- Configure IP cameras, network connections, and remote viewing applications; pull, terminate, test, and label cables.
- Conduct site surveys and help select camera locations.
- Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, and connectivity faults; perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client locations.
- Meet company standards and project requirements, and prepare service reports and job completion records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, project engineers, and clients; follow health, safety, and security procedures.
Requirements and qualifications
- Freshers with basic CCTV knowledge may apply; the posting also requests 2–5 years of CCTV/security systems installation and maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience with IP and analog CCTV systems and good knowledge of NVR/DVR configuration and CCTV networking.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, PoE switches, and network troubleshooting; ability to read basic wiring diagrams and system layouts.
- ITI, Diploma, or another relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Access control, intercom, or other ELV experience and a UAE driving license are advantageous.
- Able to work independently at different Dubai client sites; good communication and problem-solving skills; willing to work overtime when required.
Preferred skills
- CCTV installation and commissioning, IP networking and troubleshooting, NVR/DVR configuration, structured cabling, and PoE switches.
- Access control systems, preventive maintenance, fault finding and repair, and customer service are listed as preferred skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–4,900 per month; salary is based on experience and technical skills.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role involves client sites across Dubai.
