• Modernization Sales are considered a strategic priority for our Business to complement our growth plans.
• We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Modernization business to be based in our Dubai, UAE office.
• In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important.
• You will proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

• ***What will you do?***
• Proactively hunt for new opportunities, develop and create customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
• Document and maintain the customer and contact information
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
• Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching those needs
• Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools
• Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Modernization Sales experience
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
• Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
• Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• UAE experience is a must
