Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer.
Sela Pass looking for a dynamic and technically qualified Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
This role blends engineering expertise with commercial acumen, enabling you to design and propose engineered and integrated solutions that address client needs for fire fighting and fire alarm.
Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting assigned sales target, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction through well-engineered, competitive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales
- Strong knowledge fire fighting systems for commercial and utility projects.
- Familiarity with leading technologies and vendors in the field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions
