Role Description
The Sales Engineer ELV role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.
The role involves promoting and selling extra-low voltage (ELV) solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support to clients.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and presenting solutions that align with client needs and standards.
The Sales Engineer ELV will manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, participate in negotiations, and support tender processes.
The role also includes maintaining accurate sales documentation, forecasting, and contributing to market and competitor analysis to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering skills with experience in ELV systems and solution-based selling.
- Proficiency in Sales activities, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closing.
- Capability in Technical Support, including interpreting technical specifications and providing product guidance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of BMS, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and other ELV-related systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Saudi and Gulf markets and relevant industry standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant CRM tools.
