About This Role
We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer (KSA 🇸🇦)
- We’re currently looking for a highly driven Sales Engineer based in Saudi Arabia to join our growing team.
- This role goes beyond traditional sales — you’ll be the gatekeeper of opportunity, responsible for qualifying and managing inbound leads across multiple platforms.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and filter incoming leads from various platforms
- Qualify leads based on seriousness, potential, and readiness
- Identify high-value opportunities and prioritize accordingly
- Engage with qualified clients and manage the full sales cycle
- Lead negotiations and follow through until contract signing
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Engineering background is preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales / business development
- Fluent in both Arabic & English
- Based in Saudi Arabia
- Must own a car (field mobility is essential)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

- هذا الدور يتجاوز مفهوم المبيعات التقليدية، حيث سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن تحليل وتصنيف العملاء المحتملين (Leads) الواردة من مختلف المنصات، وتحديد جديتها وإمكانية تحويلها إلى فرص حقيقية.
- 🔹 المسؤوليات:
- مراجعة وتصنيف جميع العملاء المحتملين الواردين
- تحديد درجة جدية كل عميل (فعلي / غير جاد / استفسار فقط)
- التركيز على الفرص ذات القيمة العالية
- إدارة التواصل مع العملاء الجادين حتى إتمام التعاقد
- التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات
- 🔹 المتطلبات:
- يفضل أن يكون المتقدم ذو خلفية هندسية
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
- مقيم داخل المملكة العربية السعودية
- يمتلك سيارة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض
