The company seeks a Sales Engineer - Fitout to generate leads, build client relationships, secure projects, and meet revenue targets.
The role focuses on residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail interior design and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet clients, understand project requirements, and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to support handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 7–10 years of proven sales experience in the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
- Consistent annual sales achievement of AED 5 million for fit-out projects; five years of this achievement is specified as required.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai market and its regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- English and Hindi proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 7,000–AED 9,000 per month.
