Sales and Business Development Intern supporting commercial fit-out growth in Dubai.
Focuses on identifying tenant movements, office leasing activity, and fit-out opportunities across business districts including Business Bay, JLT, and DIFC.
Responsibilities
- Visit commercial towers, office buildings, and business districts daily to prospect.
- Meet facility managers, leasing teams, and property management representatives; introduce services and build relationships.
- Identify tenant move-ins and move-outs, renovation needs, new leasing activity, and expansion requirements.
- Maintain relationships with facility management companies, leasing brokers, property managers, and office management teams.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Manager for client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree; Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; confident, presentable, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Dubai and interest in sales, real estate, interiors, or construction.
- Prior sales internship or sales exposure is preferred; the posting also lists one year of sales internship experience as required.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
Stipend and opportunity
- Basic stipend plus a sales-based bonus is offered for three months.
- A full-time opportunity may be considered based on performance at the end of three months; an internship certificate will be provided.
Workplace
- Work is in person and involves daily visits to commercial buildings and business districts in Dubai.
