Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Understand client project requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals; negotiate contracts and close deals against sales targets.
- Coordinate with design and project teams on handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain existing client relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitors; prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; bachelor’s degree is marked required.
- At least 8–10 years of UAE interior design and fit-out sales experience.
- Consistent annual sales achievement of at least AED 8 million.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai market and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
