Role Overview: Driving Strategic Growth
We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient, and results-oriented
Sales Engineer
to join our dynamic team.

in industrial packaging solutions and
exceptional business acumen
.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market footprint, cultivating robust client relationships, and strategically driving the adoption of our high-value solutions across the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia.
This is a role for a proven professional ready to lead the sales process from initial technical consultation through to successful contract closure.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- **Business Development & Market Penetration:**
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new strategic business opportunities within target industrial sectors, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
- **Technical Solution Consulting:**
- Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle, expertly presenting and demonstrating the company’s product solutions, articulating their value proposition, and translating client operational requirements into specific technical proposals.
- **Proposal and Contract Management:**
- Develop comprehensive, technically accurate, and commercially competitive proposals, quotations, and compelling presentations that align with client needs and business objectives.
- **Client Relationship Management (CRM):**
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders within existing and prospective client organizations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Coordinate seamlessly with Project Management, Engineering, and After-Sales support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to successful implementation and project delivery.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Conduct continuous analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within industrial automation and packaging to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
Education (Mandatory)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in
Mechatronics Engineering
or
Mechanical Engineering
.
Professional Experience
A minimum of
5 years of demonstrable, professional sales experience
specifically focused on
industrial packaging machinery and end-of-line automation solutions
.
Domain Expertise
Proven technical familiarity with a range of packaging technologies, including (but not limited to):
Coding, Marking, Filling, Sealing, Wrapping, Conveying, and Integrated Packaging Systems.
Industry Knowledge
Solid, practical understanding of
industrial automation, manufacturing processes, PLC systems,
and the operational dynamics of modern factory environments.
Core Competencies
Exceptional skills in
technical communication, negotiation, and professional presentation
.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in English
to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
