Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Engineer will bridge the technical and sales functions by understanding customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, providing technical support, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
include interfacing with clients, presenting product offerings, assessing customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with the technical team for accurate project execution.
The individual will also address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering, including technical understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
- Strong Technical Support skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective guidance to clients on the company’s products and services.
- Exceptional Communication skills for delivering presentations, consulting with clients, and collaborating across internal teams.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in handling customer requirements and issues.
- Familiarity with the construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
