Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support high-value deal closures while independently managing a portfolio of projects.
This role combines sales execution, client engagement, and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and presentations
- Coordinate with presales/design teams for system configurations and costing
- Manage client interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects
- Conduct site meetings and client presentations
- Maintain pipeline, track opportunities, and update CRM regularly
- Build relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in home automation, AV or ELV solutions
- Strong understanding of lighting control, AV, and integrated systems
- Experience with proposals, BOQs, and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups
