About This Role
Overview
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
- Promote and sell technical products/solutions to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, BOQs, submittals, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for correct product selection and specifications
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction
- Support site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities when required
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and prepare regular sales reports
- Must have hands-on experience in thermal insulation, ducting systems, and building insulation materials/products within the UAE
