Job Brief

A leading steel manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction-related products or sectors, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver technical solutions that meet project requirements.

engineering expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills

to help drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the construction and steel industries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and project site visits to understand technical requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of steel products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
  • Track and analyze market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure successful project awards.
  • Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or a related discipline.
  • **2–4 years of experience in sales within the steel, construction, or related sectors.**
  • Valid driving license is essential.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
