The Lead Recruiter Job in Dubai is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities at the group level across multiple business functions.

The role requires expertise in high-volume recruitment, headhunting, stakeholder management, and talent pipeline development to ensure the organization attracts and hires top-quality talent.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment initiatives across various departments, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and implement effective sourcing strategies to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the entire group.
  • Source, attract, and hire top talent for roles across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Utilize headhunting strategies and proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Manage a recruitment portfolio of approximately 30-40 vacancies per month while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions.
  • Provide hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain professional networks and sourcing channels across relevant industries.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 3-5 years
  • of experience in

Talent Acquisition, Recruitment,

  • or a related field.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and recruiting for positions across different organizational levels.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Previous experience in a group-level recruitment environment is preferred.
  • Recruitment agency experience will also be considered.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong networking and talent pipeline development capabilities.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset.
