Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in aluminum, steel fabrication, or interior fit-out industries with strong technical and commercial knowledge.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with technical teams, and achieving sales targets across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in aluminum, steel, and fit-out sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into successful projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Understand project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams for technical submissions and quotations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Follow up on approvals, material submissions, and project progress.
Market & Project Monitoring
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Qatar.
- Maintain sales records, project pipelines, and client databases.
- Support management with sales forecasting and business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of sales experience in aluminum, steel fabrication, façade, or interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, technical specifications, and project sales.
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and developers in Qatar/GCC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client network in Qatar construction industry.
- Experience in façade systems, steel structures, or interior fit-out solutions.
- Knowledge of Qatar construction market and tendering procedures.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
