About This Role
Overview
The Sales Engineer will drive the sales cycle from building customer relationships, generating inquiries, design solutions to closing sales.
You will work closely with the sales manager & other functional teams.
You are a people-focused with passion in solving customer’s problem and attentive to details.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales goals & targets within the assigned territory
- Review project specifications, BOM, estimation, costing sheet and other related documents
- Provide product presentations to contractors and consultants with a view to highlight advantage of our products
- Meeting Consultants and Clients to present our product profile, features & benefits and getting it specified
- Meeting Main / MEP Contractors and Clients on daily basis to follow up, negotiate and to close orders favorably
- Negotiate with clients to secure orders with proper commercial terms
- Analyze costs and sales
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers and HOD.
- Preparation of submittals and compliance to statements
- Support marketing by attending / arranging trade shows, conferences and other marketing events for the company
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sales and to provide sales support.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Review customer complaints and their evaluation process, and recommend improvements to prevent similar occurrences
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing sales information.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
