Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B or enterprise environment
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to meet targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for feedback and team collaboration
- Experience working in remote or distributed team settings with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales process optimization and performance tracking tools
- Ability to document processes and best practices for knowledge sharing
