Nest Hunters Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead, mentor, and grow our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Proven experience in real estate sales management in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
