About Kalandoor
Kalandoor Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based fit-out contracting company delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
As we scale, we are looking for a commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth.
The Mandate
This is a front-line leadership role for a closer, not a caretaker.
As Sales Director, you will own the top line - setting the strategy, leading from the front, and being measured on one thing above all: winning work and hitting the number.
If you have built a career landing fit-out and contracting projects, command a network that opens doors across the UAE market, and treat every target as a line you fully intend to beat - this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- Own the company's sales strategy and revenue targets, and deliver them - consistently and aggressively.
- Hunt, pitch, and win fit-out and contracting projects across the UAE.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales effort, setting the pace and the standard from the front.
- Develop and convert a strong pipeline across developers, consultants, main contractors, and end clients.
- Own commercial negotiations end to end - pricing, terms, and contracts - to protect both margin and win rate.
- Build and leverage senior-level relationships across the market to keep opportunities flowing.
- Deliver sharp forecasting, clean pipeline reporting, and live market intelligence to the Managing Director.
- Represent Kalandoor with authority at industry events, client meetings, and high-stakes pitches.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of sales experience, with a proven, hard-numbers track record - ideally in fit-out, interiors, or contracting.
- A strong sales background and the instincts of a natural closer who leads from the front.
- An established, senior-level network across the UAE construction and fit-out market is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license **(mandatory).**
- Age below 45, with the drive and stamina to match an aggressive growth mandate.
- A self-starter who takes full ownership of the number and thrives under target pressure.
