About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader – Data & Analytics to drive growth in the India market.
This role is ideal for a hunter mindset professional who can open new accounts, engage with CXOs, and close strategic large deals.
Responsibilities
- **Enterprise Sales Ownership**
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle (prospecting → deal closure → account expansion)
- Drive revenue growth for Xebia’s Data & Analytics portfolio
- **CXO Engagement**
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data/Analytics
- Position Xebia as a strategic transformation partner
- **Solution Selling**
- Sell cutting-edge solutions across:
• Data Platforms & Modernization
- Cloud Data Ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- **Industry Focus**
- Drive sales across key domains: BFSI, Retail, Travel, Healthcare, Digital Natives
- **Pipeline & Deal Management**
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with consistent deal flow
- Close large enterprise deals ($250K – $2M+)
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in IT / Data / Analytics sales (India market mandatory)
- Proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise deals ($250K–$2M+)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in selling cloud-led data solutions, including:
- Snowflake, Databricks
- BI / Analytics platforms
- AI/ML ecosystems
- Strong hunter mindset with new logo acquisition success
- Exceptional stakeholder and C-suite communication skills
- Experience working with consulting or digital services firms preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling high-value, strategic enterprise programs
