Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of Sales Executives and Sales Managers
• Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
• Monitor team performance, ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall company goals
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
• Drive a high-performance culture within the sales organisation

Requirements

• 2–3 years of construction or building materials market experience within the UAE
• Proven track record in sales leadership or a strong profile ready to step up into a Director-level role
• Experience managing large sales teams and delivering against targets and KPIs
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the UAE market
• Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
