About This Role

Hiring: Deputy Sales Director – Chemical Division | DUBAI BRANCH

Emirates Ceramic, a leading supplier of construction chemicals and finishing building materials in the UAE, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Deputy Sales Director to lead and expand our Chemical Division operations across Dubai market.

We are recognized as a key supplier for major building chemical brands such as Sika, BASF, Fosroc, and Mapei, serving large-scale projects as well as retail markets nationwide.

Requirements:·

• Highly experienced Deputy Sales Director with more than 5 years of experience in the Dubai market, preferably within the construction chemicals or construction industry.
• Proven track record from a reputable organization in handling sales, particularly with large-scale projects and long sales cycles.
• Experience in project management or coordinating multiple teams for project execution.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai market dynamics and has strong relation with main contractors and consultants.
• Proven leadership and team management skills· Strong negotiation and client relationship abilities·
• Arabic Speaker is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dubai Branch Chemical Division
• Develop and execute strategic sales & business development plans
• Identify new market opportunities across the Dubai
• Lead and manage the division team to achieve revenue targets
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
