The role owns the full sales P&L and calls for experience on both the developer and brokerage sides.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the sales function.
- Own strategy, pricing, and payment plans for off-plan residential launches.
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Manage relationships with leading brokerage firms and investors.
- Lead project launches, broker events, and sales campaigns.
- Report sales performance and pipeline forecasts to senior leadership.
Candidate requirements
- Proven Sales Director or Head of Sales track record in Dubai real estate.
- Experience working for both a developer and a brokerage.
- Hands-on off-plan residential sales experience with a record of hitting targets.
- Established relationships with leading Dubai brokerage firms.
- Ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working with international clients and diverse leadership teams.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s residential property market and buyer behaviour.
Salary
- AED 28,000–33,000 per month.
