Compensation
- QAR 60,000 or more per month; negotiable based on seniority and experience.
Role responsibilities
- Own the group’s IT strategy and annual technology budget.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud and networks across international offices.
- Build and run the cybersecurity programme, including incident response.
- Manage Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI enterprise platforms.
- Support technology integration across relevant business functions.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage SLAs across the IT stack.
- Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external consultants.
Candidate requirements
- 5–12 years leading IT operations or digital transformation across multiple units.
- Track record building cybersecurity policy and incident response processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI platforms.
- Vendor negotiation and SLA management experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring an internal IT team.
- Degree from an EU- or US-accredited university.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Exposure to technology used in project-based or asset-heavy industries is an advantage.
