A regional contractor-developer is hiring an Engineering Manager for live high-rise and commercial projects in Dubai.
The role owns technical coordination on active sites and reports to the Project Director.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical and coordination work across active construction sites.
- Coordinate structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams daily.
- Hold subcontractors accountable for programme, quality, and output.
- Manage budgets, cost reporting, variance claims, and settlements.
- Review and approve design changes, materials, and cost estimates.
- Report technical and site matters to the Project Director.
Qualifications and experience
- Civil engineering degree; professional certification where applicable.
- 15–20 years in high-rise, commercial, or industrial construction.
- Direct experience supervising major construction sites, not office-based review.
- Classified Unlimited Floors Engineer status.
- Strong budget management, cost reporting, and claims experience.
- Proven multidisciplinary team and third-party contractor coordination ability.
- Must currently live in the UAE, have GCC work experience, and be fluent in Arabic.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 50,000 per month.

- The role is based on active construction sites in Dubai.
