Parkomax is seeking an experienced and results-driven

Head of Global Sales & Partnerships

to lead our enterprise sales and international partner development initiatives.

Parkomax develops parking, access, and visitor management technology through our own software platforms, hardware solutions, kiosks, payment terminals, and integrated systems.

Our solutions are designed to support enterprise, government, commercial, and institutional clients that require scalable and reliable technology for managing vehicles, visitors, employees, and access.

As we continue to expand beyond the UAE and the GCC, we are looking for a

senior sales leader

who can open new markets, develop strategic partnerships, lead enterprise-level conversations, and close high-value opportunities.

This is a leadership role focused on building revenue, strengthening market presence, and developing long-term commercial growth.

Lead Enterprise Sales

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise and institutional accounts.

Your target customers will include parking operators, municipalities, commercial real estate groups, airports, hospitals, malls, mixed-use developments, universities, and government entities.

You will manage the full sales cycle — from initial engagement and requirement understanding to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Work Closely with the Solutions Team

You will collaborate directly with our technical and solutions teams to understand client requirements, define the right commercial and technical approach, prepare value-engineered proposals, develop pricing models, and present solutions that are technically sound and commercially competitive.

Build a Strong and Predictable Revenue Pipeline

You will be accountable for pipeline development, sales forecasting, proposal management, negotiations, and revenue closure.

Revenue targets will be clearly defined, monitored monthly and quarterly, and aligned with performance-based compensation.

Develop Global Channel and Partner Networks

You will identify, recruit, onboard, and enable system integrators, resellers, consultants, and technology partners in key markets.

This includes supporting partner sales teams, participating in joint client meetings, developing shared opportunities, and ensuring partners are capable of representing, selling, installing, and supporting Parkomax solutions effectively.

Represent Parkomax in Strategic Markets

You will represent Parkomax in client meetings, partner visits, industry events, trade shows, presentations, and project discussions across the GCC, APAC, Europe, and other priority markets.

This role requires regular travel and direct engagement with customers, partners, and market stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a commercially strong, technically aware, and highly motivated sales leader with the ability to build and scale business across markets.
  • The ideal candidate should have:
  • Proven experience closing six- and seven-figure deals in technology, ELV, security, parking, access control, smart buildings, or related sectors
  • Strong experience selling to enterprise, government, institutional, or large multi-stakeholder customers
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and work with solutions teams to shape integrated proposals
  • Experience building and managing channel partners, including system integrators, distributors, resellers, or technology partners
  • Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
  • Confidence in leading client meetings, handling objections, negotiating commercially, and driving decisions
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create opportunities and move them forward
  • A target-driven approach with strong focus on performance, growth, and results
  • Willingness to travel regularly across regional and international markets
  • Ability to be based in Dubai, UAE, or relocate to Dubai
  • This role is suitable for someone who wants to play a key role in building and scaling the commercial growth of a technology company, rather than simply managing an existing sales function.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in parking management systems, parking guidance, access control, visitor management, or entrance automation
  • Existing relationships with system integrators, consultants, parking operators, developers, or enterprise end-users
  • Experience selling SaaS, platform-based technology, or integrated hardware-software solutions
  • Familiarity with LPR/ANPR, payment terminals, kiosks, ELV systems, or smart mobility solutions
  • Experience working across GCC or international markets
