Sales & Marketing Executive – Exhibitions & Events
Job Summary
Greenlines Technical Services LLC is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** with experience in the **exhibitions and events industry**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall growth of the company across exhibitions, events, and temporary structures.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, and related services
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Coordination
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and exhibition venues when required
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and event promotions
- Assist in preparing company presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Market Intelligence
- Track upcoming exhibitions, events, and tenders
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and market opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- **Minimum 1–3 years of experience** in sales or marketing within the **exhibitions/events industry**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with exhibition organizers, venues, and approval processes is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driving licence is preferred

- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of exhibition stand build, event production, and fit-out workflows
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
