Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth execution of customer inquiries and orders
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales documentation, and reports
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, deliveries, and project updates
- Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, production, and accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
- Support Sales Manager with daily administrative and operational activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication with clients
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and sales presentations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in contracting, construction, fit out, aluminium, façade, glazing, or building materials
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- Tagalog speaking candidates are preferred
