- Address employee concerns and resolve camp related issues
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements
- Manage camp stores and inventory of consumables, tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and operations teams
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock verification exercises
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor, or similar role within the construction or contracting industry
- Experience managing large workforce accommodations and camp operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC labour accommodation standards and regulations
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage employees from diverse cultural and national backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and email communication
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Position Summary
- The Camp Boss will be responsible for the efficient management of company accommodation facilities, worker welfare, camp administration, transportation coordination, and store operations.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well maintained living environment for employees while maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and coordinating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of company accommodation facilities.
- Ensure camp cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate room allocations, employee check ins/check outs, and accommodation records.
- Monitor camp occupancy and maintain updated accommodation reports.
- Address employee concerns and resolve camp related issues professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with service providers when required.
- Manage camp stores and inventory of consumables, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and operations teams.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock verification exercises.
Employee Welfare & Coordination
- Promote employee welfare and maintain a positive living environment.
- Supervise camp attendants, cleaners, drivers, cooks, and other support staff.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and accommodation requirements.
- Support HR and Operations departments regarding manpower movements and workforce planning.
- Monitor employee attendance and report disciplinary or behavioral issues when necessary.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC labour accommodation regulations.
- Implement and maintain camp health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety concerns.
- Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance within accommodation facilities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp operation reports.
- Maintain records related to occupancy, maintenance, inventory, transportation, and employee welfare.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost control measures.
- Maintain all camp related documentation in an organized and auditable manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor, or similar role within the construction or contracting industry.
- Experience managing large workforce accommodations and camp operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC labour accommodation standards and regulations.
