Responsibilities
- Apply cement plaster, gypsum plaster, skim coat, and finishing plaster to walls and ceilings
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and repairing before plaster application
- Achieve smooth and level finishes ready for painting, wallpaper, or decorative finishes
- Repair cracks, damaged plaster, and uneven surfaces
- Mix plastering materials according to project requirements
- Read and interpret construction drawings and finishing specifications
- Maintain consistent quality while meeting project deadlines
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all company health and safety procedures on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finishing Plasterer in the UAE or GCC
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, skim coating, rendering, and surface finishing
- Ability to produce smooth, defect free wall and ceiling finishes
- Familiarity with plastering tools, equipment, and finishing materials
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Physically fit and able to work on construction sites
