Responsibilities
- Design high quality marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, advertisements, banners, and corporate documents
- Develop engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Create professional motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos for marketing campaigns
- Produce visual content showcasing engineering, architectural, construction, and smart technology projects
- Design exhibition stands, event branding, signage, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to create impactful marketing campaigns
- Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across all communication channels
- Design UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and user friendly interfaces for websites and digital applications
- Edit photography and videos for corporate presentations and marketing purposes
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, multimedia technologies, and digital marketing best practices
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of professional Graphic Design experience in the UAE
- Experience working with Engineering, Construction, Architectural, Interior Design, Real Estate, or Technology companies is highly preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, animation, and multimedia work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools is highly desirable
- Understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles
- Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple design projects
