Sales Coordinator | Packaging & Consumables Segment | Yashtech
About This Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the packaging & consumables segment (HoReCa focus).
This role is very critical in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customers, warehouse, procurement, and accounts. We are looking for someone who is proactive, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with internal teams for stock availability, dispatch, and delivery planning
- Ensuring proper documentation (LPO, invoices, approvals) before processing orders
- Handling customer communication and providing timely updates
- Maintaining daily reports, order tracking, and MIS
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in sales coordination (preferably packaging / FMCG / HoReCa)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership
