Sales Coordinator- Rental

Job Overview:

KANRENT is looking for a Rental Sales Coordinator to support the sales and administrative operations of the Rental Division across the UAE. The role involves coordinating with sales, service, parts, accounts, and credit teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, timely documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups while supporting the achievement of business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all sales activities for the Rental Division across the UAE.
• Assist the sales team to achieve budgeted volume, sales revenue, Income every month / quarter / annual
• Handle sales administration, documentation, sales orders, invoicing, all sales reports, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with service, parts, accounts, and credit control teams.
• Track sales activities, CRM updates, quotations, leads, and project sales.
• Prepare sales and branch reports for management.
• Support stock management, supplier payments, and customer reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company credit and ACP guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• B. Com or M. Com degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a rental environment in the UAE.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and result-oriented approach.
