Sales Coordinator

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and pricing inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, trackers, and CRM systems.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and discussions between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, scope, and technical details.
- Maintain proper documentation of all client communications and agreements.
- Coordinate with operations teams for project execution (e.g., installations, service delivery).
- Schedule and track site visits, inspections, and project timelines.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Salary : 3000 - 3500 AED
Female candidates preferred.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Candidate with their own visa.
- Fluency in English.
