About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Coordinator** to join our team.
In addition to regular sales coordination responsibilities, the candidate should be confident in handling customer leads, engaging in sales pitching, managing direct sales customers, and coordinating stock-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and sales inquiries
- Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and related documentation
- Handle direct sales customers and support walk-in/customer inquiries
- Follow up on customer leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Conduct sales pitching and product/service presentations to customers
- Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
- Coordinate stock availability, inventory updates, and order fulfillment
- Work closely with the warehouse/store team regarding stock movement and delivery status
- Support telesales and lead generation activities
- Provide after-sales follow-up and customer support
- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper sales records
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales coordination, telesales, customer service, or direct sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage leads and interact confidently with customers
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage
- Candidate should be organized, proactive, and sales-oriented
- Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
