Event & Sales Coordinator (from E U / W e s t e r n)

Trace Media International – Dubai

**Sponsorship Sales & Business Developmen**t (Primary Focus)

• Generate new business leads and secure event sponsorships
• Build and manage relationships with corporate partners and decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Identify new market opportunities and maximize sponsorship revenue
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals

Event Coordination & Management

• Support the planning and execution of conferences, summits, and networking events
• Coordinate with sponsors, venues, suppliers, and speakers
• Ensure sponsor deliverables are executed professionally
• Manage onsite event operations and troubleshoot when required
• Travel occasionally for regional event execution

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• 1–2 years of experience in events, media, ICT, telecom, hospitality, or related industries
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client-facing roles
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Currently based in the UAE
• Preferably **E u r o p e a n** or **W e s t e r n** candidates due to travel requirements
• Willingness to travel when required
