Overview

We are currently hiring for a Sales Coordinator role with a leading FMCG distribution company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in sales coordination, reporting, order processing, inventory coordination, customer support, and commercial operations within FMCG, retail, hospitality, trading, or distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and order processing
  • Support Sales teams with reporting and documentation
  • Handle inventory coordination and price updates
  • Prepare reports, analysis, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external customers
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales administration activities

Preferred Background

  • Experience in sales support, coordination, or commercial operations
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Good analytical and reporting capability
  • Experience working in distribution or FMCG environments preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
