About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our broker network and sales operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless broker engagement while maintaining accuracy and compliance across all administrative processes.

Broker Management & Administration

  • Manage broker registration, onboarding, and renewal processes.
  • Maintain and update broker records, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers regarding administrative requirements, registrations, and operational support.
  • Issue and maintain brokerage agreements and related documentation.

Contract Review & Documentation

  • Review brokerage agreements and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all broker-related records.

Salesforce Administration

  • Maintain and update broker, lead, and sales data within Salesforce.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM records and transaction information.
  • Generate reports and dashboards from Salesforce to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor broker activities and sales performance through Salesforce reporting tools.

Commission Management

  • Review and validate broker sales transactions and commission eligibility.
  • Prepare commission calculations and coordinate payment requests.
  • Follow up on commission payments and address broker inquiries regarding payment status.
  • Maintain accurate records of commission payments and reconciliations.

Sales Operations & Launch Coordination

  • Coordinate broker communications regarding project launches, campaigns, events, and sales initiatives.
  • Distribute sales materials, price lists, inventory updates, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the planning and execution of broker events, launch activities, and roadshows.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on broker registrations, sales activities, commissions, launches, and overall broker performance.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide insights to management.
  • Support management with ad hoc reporting and administrative requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales administration, broker relations, or contract administration.
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Strong understanding of broker agreements, contract administration, and commission processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
