Ohana Development is seeking a Digital Growth & Transformation Manager to lead the digital growth and transformation of the company’s marketing ecosystem across corporate and project portfolios.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on performance marketing, CRM integration, digital transformation, and measurable revenue impact.
The candidate must be commercially driven, technologically strong, and capable of elevating Ohana’s digital positioning across local and international markets.
The ideal profile combines luxury real estate experience, advanced performance marketing expertise, and strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM-driven lead management.
Digital Strategy & Transformation
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives within the marketing team.
- Improve reporting, processes, and marketing performance through technology and AI tools.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to optimize strategies.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Drive qualified lead generation while achieving CPL, CPA, and ROI targets.
- Optimize campaigns using performance data and conversion insights.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Oversee website performance, UX/UI improvements, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate tracking setup through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
Crm & Marketing Automation
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and automation workflows.
- Build customer journeys, lead nurturing flows, and segmentation strategies.
- Improve lead scoring, reporting accuracy, and CRM integration with marketing platforms.
SEO, SEM & Social Media
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and online visibility.
- Manage paid and organic social media strategies across platforms.
- Strengthen engagement, brand positioning, and digital presence.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop digital performance dashboards and track KPIs including:
-Cpl
-Lead-to-sale ratio
-Campaign Roi
- -Website conversion rates
- -SEO performance
- Present monthly performance reports and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7-10+ years in digital marketing, with mandatory experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Has experience managing monthly media budgets of AED 500K+.
- Must be both strategic and hands-on in approach.
- Proven ability to manage and lead external agencies.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer acquisition.
