Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, sales orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate orders, payments, delivery schedules, and product availability with customers.
• Coordinate order processing with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts, and other departments.
• Monitor orders and provide updates to customers and the Sales Team.
• Maintain customer, quotation, order, and sales records in the ERP or CRM system.
• Coordinate delivery and installation schedules where applicable.
• Follow up on pending quotations and enquiries to support sales conversion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist the Sales Team with administrative and operational activities.
• Handle customer requests and complaints and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain complete and accurate sales documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Two to four years of sales coordination experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HORECA, hospitality supplies, trading, retail, or a related industry.
• Previous experience in Qatar.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Arabic language ability.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period.

Compensation

• Pay is QAR 5,000 to QAR 7,000 per month.
