Nabina Holding is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Cashier & Accounts Assistant to handle customer payments, billing, and basic accounting activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, bank transfer, and other customer payments; issue accurate invoices and receipts.
- Maintain the daily cash register, record transactions, and reconcile cash at the start and end of each workday.
- Prepare daily cash and sales reports; record sales, purchases, expenses, and basic accounting transactions.
- Check payment documents and maintain customer account and outstanding-payment records.
- Follow up on pending customer payments and assist with bookkeeping and data entry.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on orders, invoices, and payments.
- Report discrepancies promptly and keep financial documents organized.
- Perform other cashier and basic accounting duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous cashier, accounts assistant, or similar experience is preferred.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge; good cash-handling and payment-procedure knowledge.
- Comfort with invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Basic computer skills; Excel and accounting or POS software are advantageous.
- Numerical accuracy, reliability, responsibility, attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Pay
- QAR 4,000–5,000 per month.
